Six Stages, Each One Checkable
This is the order things happen in, and what you receive at each point.
Yarn Sourcing
Cotton and blended yarn bought locally in Faisalabad, with counts selected against the construction you approved.
Weaving
Greige fabric woven to the agreed reed, pick and width on power, auto, shuttleless and air-jet looms. Rolls are inspected at loom state.
Processing
Bleaching, dyeing or printing to your Pantone reference, then finishing for shrinkage control and handfeel.
Cutting & Stitching
Cut to size and stitched — hems, elastics, closures, labels and any buyer branding you have specified.
Inspection
Checked against the spec sheet for shade, size, GSM and stitching. Third-party inspection welcome at buyer's cost.
Packing & Export
Poly-bagged, cartoned and shipping-marked to your instructions, then documented and shipped from Port Qasim or Karachi.

We have extensive weaving arrangements with mills equipped with power, auto, shuttleless and air-jet looms. Greige rolls are inspected at loom state before they move to processing.
